that are defective can be returned within one full year from
date of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
With in the first 30days
of purchase a15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns
that are not defective. We do this because this battery must
now be sold as a"USED" battery.
After 30days no battery
returns are accepted that cannot be verified as a defective battery.

Purchase orders are accepted
if placed on company letter head with the names and phone numbers
