If you are ordering a PowerPac+ battery please include the voltage your camcorder requires (eg. 6V, 7.2, 9.6V, 10V or 12V), and the Sarrio.com battery part #'s that would be compatible with your camcorder. With this information I will be able to find the correct Powerpac+ battery for you.
Finally, if you are ordering one of our Universal Chargers you will need to indicate which version. The Nicad/NiMH version ($59.95 + Shipping) would be ordered by using part# EL-336-12V. However if you want to order the charger that will also charge lithium-ion batteries ($79.95+shipping), please use part#EL-336-Li-ion.

Warranty information All batteries come with a 30 day no questions asked return policy and 1 year warranty against defects. Any batteries returned after 30 days that are not defective are subject to a 15% restocking charge because they are now considered used batteries and cannot be sold as new. Prices are subject to change without notice.

To make this process as painless as possible, I would suggest that you open a second browser window that is linked to the page that lists the product(s) you are interested in ordering. With a second window opened, you be able to quickly go back and forth between the two pages, as you copy and past part#'s of the batteries you are ordering.
There are three (3) easy steps to follow when placing a credit card order on this page. After filling out the product information below, you will be asked in step 3 to click on a buy button. Once you do this, you will be transported to a secure encrypted server, where you will provide your credit card information.
Step1 First product ordered: In the windows below list the part #, of the first item ordered (e.g.C-203-E77):

Step 2: Shipping costs: We typically ship all orders the next business day following the placement of the order. The following shipping costs apply to domestic orders only: The cost of shipping up to five battery packs is: $8.00 via UPS ground (allow 5 to 7 business days). $15.00 via UPS three day air $20.00 via UPS two day air $30.00 via FedEx Next Day Please add $1.00 for each additonal battery. Powerpac+ batteries are heavier, and thus their rates are a little higher: $10.00 UPS Ground $20.00 UPS three day air $30.00 UPS two day air $35.00 FedEx Next day.
Add an additional $5.00 to the shipping cost if the item is being shipped to either Alaska or Hawaii (no ground shipping is available to either location). Add an additional $22.00 for Canadian Orders ($30.00 total). These orders will ship via UPS Ground....For all other International orders, follow this link for details.
Determine your shipping costs from the information above. Only put into this window a dollar amount (eg. 8.00). Do not use the $ sign!. Step 2 must be completed before your order is processed:
Step 3 When you click on the buy button below, you will be taken to our secure shopping cart. Once within our cart you will have a "comment" window. To prevent ordering mistakes please include within the "comment" window the manufacturer of your camcorder, and the model# of your original camcorder battery. You can find the battery model# within your camcorder's manual.
Credit Card Security information Note: I can only accept orders from the actual owner of the credit card. When you click on the "secure payment form" button above, you will be transfered to a secure order page which will ask you to provide both a billing and shipping address. It is critcal that you provide the corrrect credit card billing address (eg. the address to which the credit card company sends their bill). The credit card ecommerce program that I am using will automatically check the true credit card billing address against the address you provide on the "secure payment form". Should the billing address you provide not match the credit card's true billing address, your order will not be shipped until the correct billing address is provide. We will contact you by either email or phone if we need to verify the billing address.
