| Inorder to started using an external
wi-fi antenna you will need 3 additional items beyond the antenna
1. Either your laptop or your wi-fi card must have an external
antenna receptical. 2, A Wi-fi antenna 3. An Antenna Mount..We have mounts for mobile antennas just click here BTW, all base antennas come with their own mounts 4. Finally you will need, what is called, a pigtail cable. This cable connects the antenna's coaxal cable to the wi-fi input either on your laptop or your wi-fi card. We do not carry these cables but I have found a source that does and they have an easy interface to figure out which pigtail cable you need for your situation, click here to access this site. |
